Transfurmation

A human or anthro character mid-transformation into an anthro or feral/quadrupedal animal/species. Transformation can be for any sort of creature: existing, mythical, or another character.Finished pieces are lined, colored, and lightly shaded.

Species Swap

Any character redesigned to be a new species. I will use your character's color palette and anything else that is provided to create a new design for your character of the new species.Finished pieces are lined and colored.

Headshot Icons

A headshot fully rendered image of your character, perfect for a profile image.

Pokemon Designs & Fusions

Pokemon fusions, variations, etc.!
I will create a Pokemon design of your choosing.
You can choose from:FUSIONS:
1-3 Pokemon species of your choice fused together!
SHINY:
Give a color palette of your choice, or I can choose colors for you!
VARIATIONS:
Changes to the Pokemon's body type or patterns!, such as (longer/shorter ears, fluffier body/tail, feathers instead of scales, stripes instead of spots, etc.)
DELTA TYPES:
Add a type of your choice! (Water type Charizard, Flying type Lucario, etc.!)

General Terms
By commissioning, purchasing, or using my artwork in any way, you agree to the following terms. These terms apply to all personal and commercial use of my work unless explicitly stated otherwise.Copyright & Ownership
I, SphinxGate, retain full copyright over all artwork I create, including commissioned pieces.Purchasing or commissioning artwork does not grant ownership of the copyright.You may not claim my artwork as your own, remove watermarks, or alter it without permission.I may post, stream, or share commissioned artwork in my portfolio, on social media, or as promotional material unless otherwise agreed upon.Personal & Commercial Use
Personal Use: You may use commissioned artwork for personal projects, avatars, wallpapers, and non-commercial social media posts with proper credit.Commercial Use: If you wish to use my artwork for profit (e.g., merchandise, book covers, advertising), you must purchase commercial rights. Fees vary based on usage.NFT & AI Use Prohibited: My artwork may not be used for NFTs, AI training, or blockchain-related purposes under any circumstances.Payment & Refunds
Full payment is required upfront. The artwork will not be started until the payment has been processed.Refunds are only available if I am unable to complete the commission. No refunds will be issued once work has begun.Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in the client being permanently blacklisted from future commissions.In case of a chargeback, I retain full rights to the artwork, and the client loses any usage rights.Prices are subject to change based on demand or project complexity.Client Responsibilities
The client must provide clear and accurate references, descriptions, and any necessary details before work begins.The client is responsible for ensuring they have the rights to any references provided.Failure to provide necessary details upfront may result in additional fees if major revisions are needed later.Commission Process & Revisions
I reserve the right to decline commissions for any reason.a few Minor revisions are allowed within reason, but excessive changes may incur additional fees. no changes will be made once i receive your approval on the sketch phase.Major changes can be made if I have missed an important detail that was agreed upon.If the client becomes unresponsive for more than 7 days, the commission may be canceled without a refund.Delivery & File Storage
Completion time varies depending on workload and complexity. Estimated delivery will be provided at the time of commissioning.Artwork will be delivered in digital format unless otherwise agreed upon.I will store completed files for up to 30 days after completion. After that, I am not responsible for lost files.If the client loses their file, I may re-send it within the storage period but cannot guarantee availability indefinitely.Liability & Disputes
I am not responsible for how my artwork is used after delivery.Any legal disputes will be handled under the laws of united states, texas.

Howdy! I'm Sphinx and I'm primarily a Transfurmation Artist based in Texas. Outside of artwork, I work a full-time job and also try to keep up with streaming on Twitch. Because of this, completion times for commissions may vary, but I try to stay on top of and communicate any possible delays.I will NOT draw:
